What struck me was his knowledge and efficiency. It didn't take him long to pinpoint the issue - something about the compressor. He explained things in a way that even someone like me, who doesn’t have a clue about appliances, could understand. They carried the right parts and promised a decent turnover time, which they totally delivered on. Within a couple of hours, the cooler was back up and running, chilling our collection to perfection.
